6 cars burned in Pattaya Carpark Inferno

PATTAYA:--A fire that started in a hotel carpark caused 6 million baht worth of damage

A fire, which is thought to have started under the bonnet ( hood) of a parked vehicle, spread to 6 other cars during the night as it burned beyond control.

Before the fire services arrived, locals were driven back by the flames and explosions as fire reached the fuel lines of the vehicles and the fire was visible from quite a distance.

The hotel management at the Condotel Cliff in Jontein, were interviewed by investigating officers but could give no clue to the cause
