Do bkk sell plus size clothes for male and female?

I know Patpong got sell those Polo Ralph shirt..do they have big size for guys? Size 18??

from the map, it seems like both are quite near to MBK and etc..

Any suggestions?

There are a few stalls in the clothing section of MBK 2nd or 3rd floor that have larger sizes of shirts.

Just have to shop around and find them as I have gone back a couple of times to see that some close down and then another opens up.

The other place that I have seen heaps of shirts in larger sizes in is Mikes Mall in Pattaya.
