What kind of industry(ies) are you interested in? There are a few out there, some are industry-specific though. A few to get started on though:

Get yourself an account on bluesteps.com, there you can search for executive search agencies based on country and / or job and / or industry classification. And you can post your CV and might be lucky to be found by somebody.
