dundas
To the extent that legal documentation in Thailand can protect my interests, I would like to organise a contract between myself and my friend about a block of land my friend owns. In return for funding the house to be built on the property, we have agreed I will get a 20 year lease (I could ask for 30 years etc, but I'm happy with 20). So ... do any members have experience of this? And do you know any honest lawyers in Chiang mai who will do this for a reasonable price? Apologies if this has been covered in other forums.
