a japanese trend that seems to have caught on as they tend to do in thailand

yes, looks cute on some of the thai girls, see them in their nisit wearing them, cute very cute, but really deep down i love the natural eye shape that most thai girls seem to have, less angled than the chinese.

The big-eye effect makes me feel like the aliens have landed, deep-down skin crawlingly creepy, would much prefer a girl with tatts or dyed hair.

Actually even any makeup turns me off these days, give me "au naturale" any day over a tarted up hiso wannabe that has to spend an hour on her dteng tua before stepping out of the house.

One of the most irritating affectations in this country. Why do people want to make themselves look like Manga cartoons?

When done subtly, it mimics one of the primary autonomic signals of sexual attraction.

IMO even tattoos and piercings can be tasteful.

Just too rarely encountered in the real world, fashion drives things over the top until it becomes a parody of itself.

Creeps me out

yes eek, with your creepy avatar eyes

Don't know what the hoo haa is. Each to their own preferences.

I'm wearing a pair right now, standard size with a silver/grey effect. Nothing creepy at all, not like the lizard eye ones available, quite striking really and at 290B for the 30 day version, really quite affordable.

I regard seeing a Thai woman wearing blue/green/grey contact lenses as a positive sign.... That she might want a bit of Farang in her!

Or just a pitying shake of the head. But you're right, to each their own get a boob job for all I care.

I know those aliens would have to do a lot more than just take out their lenses to be attractive from my POV, but then again they aren't trying to attract the likes of me are they.

Can you buy them with a cat's eye look? That would freak the Thais out.

The cheap ones have caused some major eye problems including eyes getting so infected it lead to blindness.

Id be wary of those cheap Thai contact lenses in the markets.

Plenty of stuff on google warning about them.

Just being honest. They are really popular i know.

I find it just a bit disturbing, as has this reflective odd kind of quality. You dont see depth, and has an almost blind look.

The really huge ones make me feel like im looking at a doll, rather than a real person.

I like the depth that a persons natural eye colour gives.

Just plain creepy when girls have them.

The cheap ones, that is.

There are some lenses that actually look good, that would be the ones that don't enlarge the iris that much.

including eyes getting so infected it lead to blindness.

Yes that's why I'm in Thailand, got tired of shaving my palms as well.

They are Korean lenses.

The best brand is Geo.

I've never seen a girl wearing these things where I did not think 'that just looks silly'

An oxymoron. Anyway, the signal of sexual attraction is an enlargement of the pupils, not the irises. They should take bella donna instead.

Which part? I meant when the diameter isn't more than a few mm larger than natural.

Yes, doesn't mimic perfectly but enough for the subconscious reaction to kick in, IMO the original motivation for the idea.

And as much as I hate the lenses, I think I prefer them to what I've seen of belladonna psychosis, things are whacked enough here already thanks 8-)

A paper bag works for me. smile.png

Apparently the Rose Tinted ones are a big hit with expats here in Thailand.

Yeah...I love my Thai-women with the naturally white skin, max. 42 kg, straight silky smooth hair and blue eyes! bah.gif

Its nice for some show, but wouldnt like my GF to have one

We had one just recently come right throu the phase in the quick time of one year. I held my tongue in the middle of the stage when someone posted here on the topic, a year and a bit ago, of thai girls once stripped of their accessories, fake eyes, glued in hair etc. etc were not what we guys were signing up for in our half cut stage when we met them. Ours had all that and a 90 minute pull it all together wait...

Our one it took a year or so to get throu but whenever she was lenseless, we would (flatter to her) truthfully credit her on how beautiful her eyes were ala natural...it got throu.
