I think the OP meant to make the following statement (it's not a question):

- Sometimes Thai people ask: "Why does the Farang does things in this way?"

- Instead, I would ask: "Why don't the Thai do things that way?"

- I like to turn around the question.

- I also like to tell as many people possible about my urge to do this.

I was not asking about the OP. I was asking about your post.

I think you mean why don't Thais do things the way you think they should do things. If not let me know. Because it seems your way (whatever that is) is better than the Thai way. You wrote, "Why don't the Thai do things that way?"
