Well, after 2 years and 2 months it's time to submit the wife's ILR appliaction

Been collecting docs etc and photos etc all the normal stuff since she arrived

So most of that has been sent in with the form etc

My only concern was that the wife hasn't worked but has been bringing up our 2 year old since arriving, but in June I was out of work till start of October when I picked up a 6 week contract finally to bring in some much needed cash. So her application was sent in while I was in work just a worry about the time I was out of work though was living totally on savings for this period.

Anyway back to the waiting game surprised how quickly they processed the check for the fee must be the first thing they do.

Anyone else going through ILR atm ? I know the waiting times can be like 6 months just wondering on average time atm.

Hi pete when my wife got her Ilr it only took a couple of months i think but it must depend on how busy they are.
