After seeing this wonderful image of a rare avocado from Costa Rica, I started to wonder if avocados were a gay fruit, also considering my own passion for them.

Anyway, turns out there is gay related meaning for avocado after all, new to me:

A homosexual who is indiscernibly gay. Because avocados are fruits, but do not look or taste much like fruits, the term is applied to gay people who do not fit the "Will & Grace" stereotypes.

BTW ... I bought some Avocados in CM and they weren't a patch on those home grown.

Plump and full of promise ... but failed to deliver on many fronts.

As for a social gathering, I suggest you start a new topic in this forum. I don't think you'll get many replies though. The gay bars are well known, and many people in this forum like to be anonymous.
