When I asked for the tests last week in Oz I asked for free testosterone to be checked but it seems the doctor didnt bother.

Anyway I will go and get them checked this week and we will see what happens.

Yeah I also read about some drugs you can take to inhibit conversion of T to E.

There is a lot of information out there and it takes a long time to disseminate it all.

Bodybuilders use those drugs a lot because they might get gyno if they don't so they do work. Arimex and provirion are used. I hope i spelled correctly.

Arimidex is an AI (aromatase inhibitor) whereas Proviron works by blocking the estrogen receptor sites.

As mentioned I am going to eat red meat three times a week to see if that also boosts T levels.

I am also wondering what effect this might have on my cholesterol levels especially Triclycerides/HDL ratio which are probably the most important.

Current results were:

Cholesterol 4.7 mmol/L (<5.5)

Triglyceride 0.9 mmol/L (<1.8)

HDL Cholesterol 1.4 mmol/L (1.1-3.5)

Chol/HDL Ratio 3.4 (<3.5)

LDL Cholesterol 2.9 mmol/L (<3.5)

That is a reason why i like testing in thailand.

In the Netherlands they also dont like to do tests they don't think are needed.

They do this to keep healthcare affordable. In Thailand you can just pay for it.

The non-interventionist approach practised in the Netherlands is generally concerned highly effective, both at indindividual and population level.

In Thailand one can buy anything, regardless whether it's of any use or not.

It kinda depends on the knowledge and attitude of the doctor. So in general its good but i like thai style a lot too. At least i csn get tested what i want when i want. As long as im paying for it. Dutch style is good if its financed by collective payments.
