Cash is King (and safer).

That is Thai service: once they have your money, they don't care.

That's why you never ever pay in advance. Golden rule.

I stopped shopping there when I was about to renew my membership for the third year and thought why on earth am I paying 500 Baht for this when the same thing is free at their main competitor that has stores in every shopping mall as opposed to just 3 stores that give no offers either.

And I bet they'll charge you a handling fee for returning your money!
