You buy anything in a big store in Thailand, the store will be responsible for 7 days only.If you're unlucky, and it is written on their receipts, a failure within these 7 days will warrant you a free replacement. Some shops count the day of purchase as 1 of those 7 days, so get only 6 days in fact. After those 7 days , the goods go back to the producer and get repaired. Count on a long process.
