Hi after 7 years extending my retirement visa via bank balance I tried to extend using the income affidavit from the US CM consulate and was informed by MHS immigration that it needed an official translation into pasa Thai. It won't surprise me at all if I am in fact the only one on this board unaware of this requirement since I usually post while intoxicated, but nonetheless am posting this for your info or amusement as the case may be.

I guess that is there own rule no problem using the english version in CM immigration. You may have to have it done in CM.

Yes they are notorious for that e.g. requiring the bank letter be made the same day as the extension. No real recourse but to comply with their demands however...
