Anyone know anything about these? I''m looking for a cheap studio in CNX. I hate payin' rent.

It looks a bit worn compared to others that are in the same ballpark price wise, realizing that this not an impressive ball park to start with.

I like SR and PP on same side of town as Sri Anan. They are getting done up, nicer locations and generally closer to things/places(to me). Still have some places in same range.

    Never heard of it, but if in line with that dump SR then you get what you pay for. SR is being "done up" as nothing else cheap to renovate and flip to the suckers, how does the lobby look, what about years of infrastructure neglect and will the committee be spending money on the building or pocketing it? Buying there a cheapy I can understand, but buying a renovated condo in a dud building, what is that all about?
