Sygic Doesn't Work, No Signal

Featured Replies

Hi I have Sygic on my iPhone 4s and it worked the last time I was in Thailand 3 months ago now I get no signal on it, what could be the problem ?

I had it also installed on my iPhone 5 and the same thing does not work or no signal it tells me.

Have you upgraded to iOS 6 in the meantime? Could any issues be related to that?

I am running Sygic 12.1.3 on Android 4.1.2, works fine.

You don't need a 3G signal to use Sygic it's happy with just the GPS function. Also there is no need to sign in to use it. It is also happy with iOS 6

William there is an update out today that may be your answer it is version 12.2

Check if GPS is enabled on the phone. I don't have an iPhone, but I understand that in iOS 5.0 you go to Settings > Location Services.

The single biggest problem in communication is the illusion that it has taken place

I'll try the suggestions anks

I had this with sygic ages ago. An update broke it and a subsequent update fixed it.

If you're running iOS 6 the your location services settings are under privacy settings in settings.
