I find it difficult to get excited about 'our representative' when he cannot dress properly.

Only a half windsor on the tie. (Yes created by a member of the Royal Family who could not tie a proper windsor knot.)

Tie does not work with the suit which is too large for him.

Jacket buttoned incorrectly. Shirt sleeves too short (or jacket sleeves too long).

I hate to think what colour his socks are

If I was to receive a high salary, a very good pension and represent HMTQ as well as more than 63 million people - then I would learn to read and write it as well.

But I would make sure that my mum dressed me properly before I went on TV.

It's not about the whinging - he has a very visible job and is seen by very influencial people. In the circles tha the operates in he should look the part for goodness sake. In this clip he looks like he was fitted out by the Versace guy down the road here in Bophut.

Just for the record - his one on one Thai lessons (for six months) were paid for by tax payers - but I am in some agreement with your sentiment - the last one did not even bother.
