GrantSmith kicked it off with it being a Boeing. tw25rw is correct with it being a 747 ... but no ... the US President did not fly directly overhead ... would be cool though. GrantSmith Posted February 22, 2013 Share Posted February 22, 2013 Yeah the right wing was troubling me, I knew I could see what appeared to be a winglet but the aircraft livery was, along with your clue 'a bit different' leading me to the VC-25 (Boeing's Military aircraft code for a 747-200) So the 'a bit different' appears to mean something else..
