I have read many times about all the health benifits of honey but I have never read as to how much honey should be taken per day. Any suggestions on how much per day?

It kinda depends if your maried or if you are good at hiding it.. oh.. you mean bee honey. Id like to know too, but personally i would not take too much as it is sucrose and that is never good in large quantities.
