Percentage of Thai ownership required

-Costs of registration of company and name - Yearly maintenance and costs Of

company (ie like asic yearly renewal plus accountant/yearly tax submission

-what is the Thai financial year and when tax return is due

- Bank accounts. What is criteria to have USD and THB bank accounts and

To start the company, you need to do many stuffs.

- Find a lawyer or accounting firm to do it for you.

- Ready to pay around THB 15,000 - THB 25,000 for the processing fee + government stamp duty + etc. (this is for the registered/authorized capital THB 2 million).

- Tell the lawyer/accounting firm what name you want

- There must have 3 Thai citizen in the company and they are required to attached their bank statement (good record statement)

- Foreigners allow to hold 49% only

- Hire an accounting firm to do your monthly account (require by the law) cost around THB 2,000/per month to up (depend on your volume of sales)

- Require a permanent office address for Department of Business Development and tax department

- Must have contract for renting the place for office and also every month, you must pay tax for rental under the company

Only 3 shareholders in total are required, so 1 Foreigner (49%) and 2 Thai nationals (51% between the 2 of them) is required.
