Whatever action I take on the below screen, I only keep getting the message:

"The entered email addresses do not match."

As a result, I cannot change my password, nor can I change my email address.

I have just successfully changed my email address from the screen you linked to, suggesting that the forum is working correctly.

If you cannot make it work then contact support with the details they will change it manually for you.
