Suspected drug courier caught by Police in East Pattaya

PATTAYA:--Officers from Nongprue Police Station, which looks after the Eastern side of Pattaya, arrested a suspected drug courier with previous drug convictions on Wednesday Morning.

Police Major General Katcha, the Provincial Police Commander led a press conference to announce the arrest of Khun Surasak aged 20 who was caught with 50 Yabba Tablets during an undercover operation. He was able to lead Police to the house of his employee, a well known drug dealer, where a further 2,850 Yabba Tablets and 100g of Crystal Methamphetamine were found.

Police initially made contact with their main target, Khun Wirayoot aged 28 who lives at UD Villas in the Nong Pla Lai area. The 50 Yabba Tablets were ordered from him and money for the drugs were sent, by Police, to an account held at the Siam Commercial Bank.
