I need a lava lamp...and I need beans for bean bags.....my pad is cool dudes.

Found where to get the beans...but the lamp....dun wanna go to ladprao if dont have to, long way from where we shelter when in town and dont wish to waste half a day travelling way out there.

Look on the bright side... You dont live near a volcano so you are not in danger of not being able to buy a lava lamp any time soon.

If i was so lazy like you mention i would Pay a Thai acuintance living around the Ladprao sticks to get the lamp for me.

Pay him accordingly and your problem is solved.wai.gif

I dun know a thai acquittance that lives around there...nor do I live in Bkk....so when we do get to bkk, we usually do not want to spend time running away to the extremities of town....so hence the search for one closer.....days are always limited in bkk and time is short usually.

You can get them at Pantip - there are a couple of market stalls on the ground floor just inside the main entrance selling these and other fancy lighting. They have big ones and small ones in various colours. Small ones are 600 baht. Mine works nicely.
