Growing And Buying Big Bamboo

Featured Replies

On my land I want to grow some Bamboo.

I don't like the specie of bamboo that is green and 1 to 2 inch in diameter when fully grown.

It is also very leafy, clumpy/dense looking with to many vertical chutes.

I prefer the type of bamboo that gets to be about 4 inches in diameter, they get very tall (over 40 feet high).

The leaves and plants are not to dense looking, has aprox. 10 or less vertical upward chutes from the base.

Yellow colored bamboo prefered but green will be ok.

Does anyone know where this can be bought? Close to Sanpatong would be nice if possible but anywhere in CNX is ok.

Thanks
