Last month I want beginn the thai visa SMS service on my true move H send the activation code, got massage that subsribtion starts now, but never get any further massage! I send the problem to the support team miss Linda answer, that she try to check! After 3 days still no massage, then I chancel the service by myself, when I look at the today areived bill 50 Thb has been charged! My chancel , not confirmed! Maybe I pay now 600 bath year without receiving any massage, so what I can do On 12 call prepaid never got any problem before I change to postpaid true move!
