Popular Post Chonburiram
Last Mango season we had too much ripe ones at one time... So, what to do? Make mamuang guan. Peel and blend (with a little water) and boil for a short time... Some people put sugar in the mix, we don't. Spread the paste, like in the pic, on a non- sticky surface... Let it sun- dry at a fly/insect free place (1 sunny day should do the job), roll up... Ready to eat, nice, sticky, sweet-sour treat, packed and kept at a cool & dry place, good for a few weeks.

TP1
¿They had religion for the main course? They had religion for 10 days and not much food as I observed. That was taken in Chiang Rai, Buddhist centre, where they accept kids for religious and social education. But it was free of charge and gave me the opportunity to visit chiang rai.
