I have been teaching in a private language school since last October. I don't have a uni degree but I do have a Diploma in TEFL. I would like to know if I have any chance of getting into a university to teach or that because i don't have a uni degree there is no chance. Im also 22 years old and I am concerned that most interviewers at uni might feel I am to young. I would also be prepaired to volunteer some of my time teaching at a uni if I could as I belive this would give me more experience and at least help me get into the uni system. What options do I have if any and do you think it would be possible to get into a uni to teach? Also, what universities would you reccomend?

I'm sure it's possible (it's Thailand) but it's going to be very hard like you say due to your lack of degree and young age.
