LuckyLucas
Hello All This may be a stupid question... I've been teaching here for 5 years - I haven't been doing this through the books as I've been happy enough on my non-imm o so far. Now my school wants to put me through the books and give me a non-b and all that... I am English, I have a Bsc (hons) from a UK university (and some TEFL crash course certificate that probably isn't worth the paper it is written on) My boss here says I need a TOEIC - even though I'm obviously a native speaker. She says its a new stipulation in Thailand regardless of me being English. This doesn't make sense to me - is it true? Thanks to anyone who can shed light and regards to all on here LL
puchooay
Only non native speakers need take the TOIEC course. As an Englishman you don't need it.

mike123ca
Make your boss pay for the exam. Thai people tent to change their tune when its their money.
