Job Leads

Featured Replies

I will be relocating from Chicago to Hua Hin around May 1st. I am now looking for a teaching position in either marketing or English. I have a B.S. in marketing, MBA, and ten years work experience in marketing.

If anyone is aware of possible job leads, I would appreciate your help.

Thank you

-Kevin

I was born in Chicago and I live in Hua Hin. There are some tertiary schools (universities and rajabats) in the area, but I doubt there's any market for marketing majors who don't speak Thai, outside the BKK and Chiang Mai markets. For your sake, I hope I'm wrong.

Good luck. Oh, the standard salary for a rajabat is around 27,000 baht per month, nationwide, with a low enough teaching load you can teach private English lessons on the side.

...thread moved from Hua Hin and merged with OP''s similar post on Teaching in Thailand.

Also check out <no links please> job forum and place your resume on there as well. Other friends have done both and have had numerous phone calls.
