I'm looking for the foam variety that will hold a bit of weight safely, so the high quality kind.

Try Big C on the Super in the hardware section, they have a whole section of 3M products. Have bought it there before and it is the real thing!

Or HomePro (at the back), which has a big variety of tapes/pads/glues etc, some of which you won't find elsewhere.

Yes the 3M brand is available at all the places mentioned & B2B also.

Not cheap of course but works well

Or the 3M Shop on Wu Lai if everywhere else is out of stock. They can order just about anything in the catalogue for you if they don't have it there.
