Deputy Mayor investigates viral You Tube Fighting incident at Pattaya Port

PATTAYA:--The Deputy Mayor of Pattaya is now in damage limitation mode as he investigates the viral You Tube video of a Municipal Officer who is seen to fight with a local Thai Man at the Bali Hai Port in South Pattaya on 9^th February.

newsjsAs we previously reported the fight took place after the officer’s vehicle was involved in a minor accident with a motorbike driven by the local man, now identified as Khun Tanonsak aged 30. He told the Deputy Mayor in a meeting held at City Hall on Tuesday afternoon that all he wanted from the officer, Khun Chertsit, was an apology which was not forthcoming. Instead he approached Khun Tanonsak and began to fight him. The apparent victim claims the pair have not liked each other for some time and the accident cemented their poor relationship and very quickly led to a fight.

The only way to solve these issues, is to have them fight, where the tourist cant see them, and to also not allow anyone to film these things. We need to keep the Image of Pattaya as fake as the stuff that is sold here.
