Chiang Mai Property Rental Within City Walls

Hello,

I have just arrived in Chiang Mai and despite it only being a day I think I've fallen in love with this great city.

I was wondering if anyone had any suggestions on where to look or know of someone that might be able to help with an apartment rental.

We are looking for a modern apartment with the following features:

+ 3/6 month lease

+ Within the city walls

+ Swimming Pool

+ Gym/Treadmill

+ 1 Bedroom

+ Kitchen (not essential but would be nice)

We are ready to move in within 10 days. Our budget is quite flexible and I'd love to know if 10,000 to 25,000 is enough for the above.
