All Tenants in the Silom Center Building above MacDonald’s
at the start of Silom Road Opposite the Dusit Thani hotel have been given an
eviction notice by the Crown Property Office.

After Calling the enforcement officer and also lawyer from
Crown Property Office it was confirmed everybody must move out. Silom Assets
leased this building from Crown Property Office and failed to pay for a long
time. Crown Property Office terminated the contract with Silom Assets since
2011 and started the lawsuit against them in 2011. As such anybody with a lease
within the building with the building management “Silom Assets” must vacate.

The judge made judgment in May 2012.

All 110 tenants including Singapore Airlines need to
leave the building. All tenants had official notices posted on their office
door requiring them to move out within 8 days.

Silom Assets is refusing to release Bond money for a
period of not less than 30 days. However they too are being evicted in 8 days.
