Ford Customer Service Contact?

We bought a new Ford Focus 4 months ago at Ford Rayong. Ford Rayong staff (sales and admin) are so far not able to inform us when we will receive the white plate, very slow and never follow up. Ford Bangkok customer service, where we are living now, can not assist and all the time referred to Rayong dealer. However the plate has been ordered for Bangkok. Do you know who we can contact at Ford Thailand to keep us in the loop? Is anyone experimented the same issues with their customer services? Thank you,

There's a lot of threads on it already. Same with every brand. Some people say you can sort it out yourself some say you can't. Some say it's the dealers making money on interest and some say it's a supply demand.

Could be worse the dealer told my wife to bring the car back to the dealer to have the plates done yet they never had any plates. Looks like it was being used for a test drive. They didn't have this model to test drive or in the showroom.
