I can think of a few possibles...

1. Intuitive: It 'spoke' to me

2. intellectual: it made sense

3. communicative: I can understand the teacher

5. convenient: It's the closest temple to my home

6. relationship: My girlriend/lover is already

Or in my case (the appeals)...

7. medical: I like the bass chanting, it covers up my tinnitus

8. aesthetic: I like the icons and pujas

9. Less violent: Ashok never carried out a death penalty

and the non-appeals...

10. vegetarianism is not a fundamental precept in all schools

11. celibacy is the highest standard

I have had three teachers, each has made greater understanding of the Dhamma for me and altered the course of my life.

I am happy to tell others about them and have recommended them too.

The last two I consider to have reached the goal of Arahant and so i am especially fortunate to have met their teachings.
