Think we need more information. Such as. Short term or long term. Location, what price range. What do you want in the way of services. Cable tv , internet etc.

monthly rental, one or two months. Internet, furnished, price depending on going rate for affordable one bedroom or even studio for couple with 2 yr old. Near service would be good so around town somewhere but looking for a few diff. suggestions to chk. out. Not sure what they exactly want but would like to point them to a place to start to get an idea of what's out there. Thanks

If you like the Huay Kaew / Nimmanhemin area on the northwest side of town, visit THE DOME RESIDENCE (http://thedomechiangmai.com/accomodation.php) and take a look at their three different furnished apartment configurations: standard, deluxe, and suite. I stayed there twice for a month each time and very much enjoyed my visits. Their long-term (monthly) rental prices are significant bargains compared to the daily rates.
