If you are in the medical profession, I expect that you know that Katoeys are a higher risk group for HIV transmission, and presumably practice safe sex. What concerns me is the number of 'straight' men on forums who openly admit that they refuse to wear a condom with working girls, but I'm sure none of those guys would also be banging Katoeys, would they ? Particularly thrilling when these same 'straight' men try to tell me that it's none of my business if they want to have unprotected sex with anyone that takes their fancy - apparently the risk of HIV transmission are being exaggerated by the 'HIV industry'. Interesting thought processes at work there.

ladyboy or man, same same.

anyone touches a ladyboy their gay in my book.

the answers obvious, your going for ladyboys, they have a penis however they look like a woman.

if you like woman you would go for woman, that simple isnt it.

what if one prefers a post op ladyboy? it's not all about the penis.

cut it off and it's still a man, a man without a penis.

still gay.

I love threads like this. They continue to demonstrate that if you grow up as part of the majority you usually accept the majority view without bothering to question whether it holds any truth or not. They show us that anyone who has never had to think about their condition assumes that their condition is the only acceptable one. In this particular case they assume that having a cock (or not) defines a human being. I have to admit that I feel enormously sorry for anyone whose relationships with other human beings revolves around a flaccid lump of flesh rolleyes.gif

what truth, my point is your either gay or your not gay, its that simple.

nothing to do with the penis.

You have clearly illustrated endure's point that :They show us that anyone who has never had to think about their condition assumes that their condition is the only acceptable one.

Muythai, It's obviously not as simple as you think. In your post 53 above, you imply the presence of a penis was a determining factor, then now you say it's not to do with the penis.

By the way, you've never heard of bisexuals; where do they fit in your black and white world?

I think it was Kinsey who established that human sexuality is a complex spectrum, not like your "gay or straight" only simplicity.

Although I think the original topic was a troll, it brings to light a whole new spectrum of insight into the strange behaviour of humans. Too bad we don't have a Katoi's point of view on this topic. Thankfully, I'm normal... whatever normal is. I don't have a penis; I have a vagina, but sexual preferences cover a WIDE spectrum in humans. That even includes paedophiles.

Quick someone should inform the Thai tourism authority people. This could make Thailand the HUB of changing homosexuals into heterosexuals.

I can see the advertising campaign now; Come to Thailand and get "cured" by our beautiful ladyboys. Top, bottom, it doesn't matter, with our regimen of ladyboy love you will be on your way to being a healthy hetero just like Rock Hudson, or Liberace.

Adding to the medical knowledge being shared on this thread is this astute observation.

you call my thoughts simple yet you clearly have not read them well, and should also know that not everything in a persons mind will fit into a post.

did I or did i not also state if the penis is removed its still a man, meaning its whats on the inside.

the penis part was refering to the action, if he is after people with a penis, well then yes he is gay, the part i refered to without the penis is stating that without it your still what you were before it was removed.

He was after men, now ladyboys, both have a penis, never has he yet gone for a woman.

Call that simple thought, black and white, whatever, he is gay.

If I ask you to throw on a dress and jump you, i'm gay, its not simplistic thought its just fact.

As for Bisexuals i'm no expert, however if my wifes out and came home to catch me with a man, or likewise in the past my parents caught me, not that they would because its disgusting to me, they would not care about bisexual, homosexual, heterosexual or any such labels, they would be to busy kicking my ass.

lets not bs here we all know what gay is, got a guy at work who only sleeps with ladyboys and claims he is not gay, thats total BS,

Doesn't have to be a trained Dr, doesn't have to be a Dr at all.

However, not being able to spell profession is a worry

Thats because its true the highest risks are intravenous drug users closely followed by Gays and yes it is exaggerated and lots of fear mongering its extremely hard for a man to catch HIV from a women

I'm sure there are men all over Africa telling themselves that even as I type this. Even if the odds are 1 in a thousand, is that that a risk you are comfortable with ? As a man with a vasectomy and a circumcised penis, I *may* have a reduced chance of contracting HIV (the jury is out on both), but none of that gives me any joy whatsoever when I consider how many men (and women) each of my Soi 4 associates has had sex with. If a working girl is prepared to go bareback with you, its pretty obvious that you aren't Robinson Crusoe. Outside of the industry, many Thai women seem very ignorant of the risks of having unprotected sex with a Farang - ymmv - but dont we owe it to them to at least use a rubber until there is something resembling a real relationship in place ?

I regret to do so, but I must inform my straight fellows of something you may not have realized: Straight guys are the primary watchers of she-male porn.

It is like JT and others have tried to tell you for years: If you are attracted to she-males, it indicates that you are straight. If you are not interested in she-males at all, it indicates that you are gay.

Those on this thread who have strongly proclaimed no attraction whatsoever to she-males have indicated their sexual orientation as gay. In several cases, I am not sure that was their intention, but so it goes.

Well that's a pile of crap. What if you like women and not men or ladyboys.

Men who like ladyboys, (knowingly) are at the least bisexual, if not fully gay and in denial.

There is only one straight, everything else is a variation.

What if you like girls that look like boys ?

Looks don't enter into it. if you know someone is a guy, and you want a piece of that, your reaction is not straight. It is somewhere between bi and fully gay.

If you can't tell, or don't know, then you can't make a gay/straight choice. You are simply reacting to the appearance.

Yet again we delve into the wonderfully varied world of sexuality. Problem is, people keep trying to jam sexuality into simple definitions. "gay" "straight" "bi" etc, while sexuality is a continuum. Providing the adults are consenting, whats the problem?

However, my own personal feeling is that, if a man was in bed with another person, and more than one penis was present, it would certainly come under the heading of "pretty gay" .

From my experience men who identify as gay are just not sexually into people who present themselves as females, no matter the genitalia, end of story. The straight male crowd here seems obsessed about genitals. They're ignoring the presentation.

It is true that drag queen shows are internationally popular (don't ask me whysick.gif perhaps its pity based employment because most gay men would prefer hot masculine go go dancers!) at gay bars and such. But that's for camp entertainment, not as sexual objects of desire!

Bisexual doesn't mean into ladyboys. It means into BOTH males and females.
