mrbojangles Posted March 11, 2013 Share Posted March 11, 2013 We are back out to Thailand at the end of this month for a couple of weeks and I'm now down to the finishing off bits and pieces on the house build. As time will be of the essence, I'm trying to plan what I need so that I can go out and buy everything in one go. One job I have never done before is bond Granite or Marble together. Doesn't anybody know what glue/adhesive is best to use? The pictures below were taken several months ago and since then we have had the walls plastered and floors tiled etc. This is a "floating" shelf I have had made and is about 2.5m long. I want to cover it with Granite or Marble on the top and have the 2 sides and front in the same material. I therefore need to bond these edges to the top piece. The sides and the front will be about 20-30mm high dewpending which I think suits best. Don't want them too big or too small. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
