hello everybody

i have non-o visa which i get from embassy of Thailand from my country now have two months left

and i want to extend it for one year

i only have question about income

my parents send me 20,000 baht per month and i have a letter from my embassy to confirm that(the letter for proved i'm single for marriage)

and my wife have salary about 20,000 baht per month also

we have a share account that recently opened but we don't have too much money in there

is that acceptable from thai immigration?

or i have to confirm 40,000 baht only myself in my embassy , which is very hard for my parents

or i can talk i mean they open a way for this kind of situations

thank you so much if someone can give a clear information about this i'm very confused

You have to options: showing an income of at least 40,000 baht a month OR showing 400,000 baht in a bankaccount in Thailand for at least 2 months

In both cases, it has to be in your name only. Joined income or joined bankaccount is not allowed.

You don't seem to qualify, so you can get a new multiple non-O visa in savanakhet (Laos), till you have saved enough money in the bank). The visa will give you 15 months, with you needing to leave every 90 days.

if i get another letter from my embassy to confirm that my parents send me 40,000 baht per month , it will acceptable?

another question my non-o is single , if i want to go to laos i have to get laos visa ? if i go there they give me another visa 15 months if i apply for multiple non-O visa? , you know how many days i have to stay there ?

Yes, if you get such letter it will be accpetable. (But immirgation might require additional proof of income)

If you go to Laos you have to get a visa, for most nationalities available at the border itself. Applying for a visa takes 2 work days, apply in the morning of day 1 and receive in the afternoon of day 2.

A multiple visa is valid for 1 year. During that year you are allowed to travel to Thailand an unlimited number of times, each time you enter you can stay for up to 90 days. By leaving and re-entering just before the visa itself expires you get another 90 days and so almost 15 months out of it. So you would need to travel to anohter country every 90 days.

(You can leave and reenter the same hour)

thank you your information is very helpful for me

i want to try for extension before

and i think the two last question

if i get the letter from embassy , i have to translate and certificate like my single proofment ? or the original paper in English is acceptable ?

do i need non criminal record for extension also?

The embassy letter in English will be fine, no translation/certification is required.

But check with your embassy what kind of proof they want to issue the letter.

No need for a criminal record check.

You the OP, said it would be difficult for your parents to send 40,000baht, so how, if you need proof will you shoe the Embassy.

You obtain letter specific to income for immigration from your Embassy in Thai or English. There is no MFA translation/registration involved. But you need documents to prove your income as in tax payments or pay slips from employer This may be asked by both your Embassy and by Immigration. As your posting indicates this would not be true believe you should consider multi entry non immigrant O visas until you have 400k in local bank account in your name. If you are intending to move back to your country you may not need to extend at all.

i can say they do for several months , i have the bank note can proof that , i have to go my embassy and ask them how , i have bank statement in my country that show when i went the last time they give me 48000

i can't understand why marriage visa in Thailand is so much difficult ,

There is no such thing as a marriage visa - the non immigrant O visa is easily obtained as is a 60 day extension of stay for those that are married to a Thai. But if you wish to extend your stay for a longer period there is a financial requirement for the male party. This vetting of marriage partners is not unique to Thailand and most countries do not offer unlimited access just because you marry one of there nationals.
