BKKdreaming
Hi I was told of a locksmith over by Petchaburi Soi 25 , Bangkok but he seems to have gone out of business I would like to get a couple Medeco keys copied and a couple Honda and Toyota keys for newer cars, the shop that was on Petchaburi Soi 25 could make just about anything work , we brought him an old 50 year old lock with no name on it and he figured it out Does anyone know a "craftsman" not just a key cutter ? thanks for your help
lockman
To properly cut a Medico key you need an key machine that has the ability to cut the angles. Do you have any key blanks? The second option is to go to a machine shop that has a lathe. Medico keys can be entertaining without proper equipment. All my stuff for that is back in USA. BKKdreaming
Hi......no I do not have any blanks , just the original keys , I thought getting blanks was not a problem , that being able to cut them was......but what do I know Many years ago a friend built one of the first machines to copy the BMW keys with the dots , he was ahead of his time then and I am sure someone here has figured it out too....
