There is a massage place called Nuat Thai only a few blocks from the 3 kings.

They use regular wax but the girl does a great job will cost 300-400 baht

It's across Yupparaj school, beside a reggae cafe that has a big guitar. The girl that does it her name is Eat (like food) and you can feel free to name drop "kit from Mae taeng the Canadian girl with Thai bf" she might give you better prices than her initial offer
