Ais Vs Cat For Air Card In Chiang Rai

Featured Replies

Which do you think has more reliable and faster connection in Chiang Rai, air card service from AIS or CAT?

C'mon guys! Someone must have a preference one way or another.

I would help if I could but I use the internet at home or rarely on my iPhone. Not sure I even know what an air card is. As with most things it would most likely depend on where you are. Not all areas are covered equally by all competitors.

I don't know about AIS, but DTAC seem pretty reliable.

I went to the CAT office last year to enquire about their Internet Wireless service. A charming young lady listened to my question, we identified from a very smart laminated map on her desktop that my house was within range of their radio mast ( it is actually in sight from my house). She explained that CAT did indeed have a service which was exactly what I required. She showed me brochures and quoted me prices. I asked to buy it, she replied that it was no longer available, but they had an even better service now. Good I said, I'll have that. Ah, she said, that won't be available until next year!

I went out of the office and banged my head repeatedly against the tree in the car park until i was rescued by Best Beloved who uttered soothing words and took me for a bowl of Som Tam - the universal panacea.......

Don't bother with CAT!

i love this country! Sometimes it is like living on a Monty Python Filmset!
