Anyone care to recommended a good Bkk real estate agent who specialize in condos for rent sale?

had some unpleasant experiences with few unsavory and unscrupulous "agents" and

not want to go though it again. thanks.

Well good luck. I looked and used many, They are all opportunist and sit till some one come to them. non actually go after customer. But if you find a good one let me know and I would also use him/her

It seems that finding a trustworthy, no BS realtor, it is as rare as finding an "honest" lawyer and

a "loyal, loving" Thai GF. Oh well...

I just asked one of the so called big international companies to come and value my condo with a view to sell but nobody even showed up. I am getting bombarded by their SMS messages with stuff from them trying to sell new developments now that they have my tel no.

Think ii'll try and sell it on Thai visa instead

Same here. I contacted a realtor 4 times to get information on an apt I wanted to buy and no reply. I asked a thai friend to send a message in Thai just in case the person didn't speak english and also no replies. Any western run company would take the Thais to the cleaners here, they have no interest in providing good service.

Like anything else here, you have got to crash course it and do it yourself. Next time you will be better. Repeat.

I have used CBRE on a few occaisions over the years for Bangkok property deals both commercial and residential. Depending on your property to sell they may be a good Agency for you.

to add one more comment. I arranged to see a condo to rent, and the two agents arived about 30 mins late and explained (whilst giggling like morons, (they also looked and dressed like morons)) they were late because they had been eating at the Tesco store opposite.

I didn't bother viewing the condo.

I'm sorry "they also looked and dressed like morons" are you an expert on what a moron should look like? I can remember Jean Paul Getty arriving at a London hotel "looking like a moron". The door man refused him entry so, he bought the hotel to sack the doorman. Who are you to say who is a moron and who is not?

In Phuket, it took me 1 month to find an honest lawyer, 4 years to find the loyal, loving GF and 15 years for the agent, LOL.
