The strengthing of the Thai bath is having the same effect on tourists as out of control inflation would have on the Thai people. Each year when visiting LOS I have to find more and more cash to get the same services as the previous year. Thankfully prices on most goods have stagnated but still more expensive for me.

My question is, as the tourist golden goose stopped laying and is it time to move elsewhere in South East Asia and if so where, are the Phillipines better value for your money now days.

Other people's views will be very much appreciated.
