I have the True Platinum Package, and BBC Entertainment was moved from channel 149 to channel 82 a week or so ago. Today I went to the channel, and got a message "this service is blocked".

I went into the Truevisions Shop and when I told them the problem, they looked at me like I was from mars.

What's happened to this channel?

BBC Entertainment has been free for Platinum customers for the last month. But now it has reverted back to an 'ad hoc' channel. It will cost you about 100 baht a month to add it to your channels.

Good luck in contacting True to do this though! It's impossible to get through by phone as it's all recorded messages. I've sent them an email and it will be interesting to see how quickly they respond.

Amazing that a Gold package will give you the right to watch 20+ year old movies, sprinkled with a newer one once in a while.

I finally got through and it was easy for them to add BBC Entertainment to my Platinum subscription, for an extra 100 baht a month.

It's ALL repeats. Disgraceful. The only thing worth watching on this channel is Graham Nortons show, and no, I'm not gay....

Download all the latest tv from pirate bay ,bbc entertainment is a waste of time all the progs are about 5 years old anyway and even then they are endless repeats ,with the gold package you get bbc knowledge ,far better all new top gear ect.

It's blocked for me as of today. My landlady called True and they told her to unplug the cable box and plug it in again.
