I am British and 29 years old. I am here in Thailand with my partner who has a work permit, I have managed to get an 'O' type non-immigrant Multiply entry visa because I am accompany him. I would like some advise on how I extend to a year visa where I don't need to leave Thailand every 3 months. I have many friend who have managed to obtain one but my partner's company isn't really clue up on organising this for me.

Would really appreciate some assistance like where I need to go and what forms I need to fill in, or if there's a web site I can visit. The one's I have looked at seem to concentrate on Visa's with work permits or visa runs. Thanks

Need to ask..............are you legally married?

Thailand does not recognisa de-facto relationships unfortunately so if you are not legally married your on your own visa wise.
