I don't see the problem, everybody accepts it, everybody knows it, no one in govt will do anything about it any showing of the video will get a "rogue officer" type response and the way the system works is everyone else is too afraid to make a stand.

I can't believe that anyone cannot see the problem. My husband has had 3 tickets, all of them deserved, none of them even hinted at paying a bribe, just wrote a ticket after explaining what he'd done wrong.

Every time anyone pays a bribe they contribute to the cancer that is corruption. If people refused to pay, there wouldn't be a problem.

I've never paid an undocumented fee, and I never will under any circumstances because it is wrong. It's just wrong. And it's just as illegal to give as it is to take.
