I have visited now several optic shops and asked, if it was possible to replace my glasses of my RayBan sunglasses?

I ve dropped it on the ground and now it have a little white dent in one glass, instead of buying new glasses which will set me back about 8k hopefully i can just replace the glasses.

Untill now most shops said :cannot, sorry mister but can buy new one?

I am just happy about these glasses and hopefully one of the members inhere was in the same situation as me :)

I have the opposite problem, my Ray Bans, the lenses are good but the frame is broken, will they put my lenses in a new frame at that shop ?

Not sure if you're joking or not... Presumably you don't want a new RayBan frame because that would come with lenses... (or is that the joke?)

In case you're being serious - I think they would if they can. But you'd need to check with them what frames they have that could accept your lenses. I'd suggest taking your broken pair and asking what they would recommend doing that would allow you to keep using the lenses - they may have a good solution for repairing them. Alternatively I guess you could buy a cheap copy pair of your style RayBans and see if your good lenses would fit those.

Visited this shop which was mentioned above, i could buy plastic glasses which were copy ones for 1k or the original ones for 4k. As the scratch was just a minor one and i can still use it properly i decided to not replace the glasses.

Instead i just bought a new model as well for just 5.6k so only 1.6k more then if i would have replaced the glasses.
