Good time everyone reading these!

I have a free time in Thailand for 3 months, have got experience in training and teaching. My specialty is is advertising and mass media, but I got diploma to working as a translator.

Does anyone need a teacher with IT and linguistic diplomas ? :o

Probably not. You might check the job listings on a website containing the word 'ajarn,' but for such a short time, on such a specialized subject, it's doubtful you'd earn 30,000 baht a month unless you got lucky. As for teaching, if you're not a native speaker of English, it gets even rougher.

Anyhow, good luck to you.

You don't know what language he teaches. It could well be Russian, for which there is a niche demand in Thailand.

If you are Russian, Leonid, then maybe try the Thai - Russian Trade Association at http://www.trta.or.th/home.php

Chiang Mai University teaches Russian and look for teachers.

Also, there's Taiyo Communication Powerhouse, at http://www.geocities.com/taiyobkk/ that maintains a database of translators and do advertising and media like activities.

Maybe contact the Barhatny Sezon Russian language newspaper at http://members.tripod.com/~bs_news/ to see if they know anyone?

It's mainly about contacts for you, I think. You'd better your chances by speaking to other Russians in Thailand. Good luck.
