90 Day Report.........sunday Expiration, Monday Ok?

Featured Replies

My 90 Day report time period expires on Sunday the Second of June.

Can I go on the following day, Monday June 3 and not incur the fine for reporting late?

I have other business on Monday in CM and it would certainly be more convenient for me.

Thanks.

You have 15 days before and 7 days after the report due date to submit the 90 day report.

Hmmmm.........seems last year I woke up in a sweat, looked at my 90 Certificate and it had expired that day. I went the very next day, one day late, and they fined me 2000 baht (i think) AND marked up my passport with a notation that I was late..

Has the rule changed recently, or was I screwed again at CMI?

Thanks

Mine also expires on Sunday. I was told by immigration in Beung Kan to come in on Monday. They actually told me to come in on June the 2nd or 3rd. I am sure they would not even be there for normal business on Sunday the 2nd, so I am going on Monday the 3rd as also advised.

Up to 7 days after has always been allowed - only the early has been changed from 7 days to 15 days so you have a three week window to make reports. I would always take advantage of doing early myself.

No problem do it Monday

I asked Immigration Officer in Pathum Thani and he confirmed what Lopburi 3 wrote
