This year I will try and extend "Marriage" visa based on work:
For that I need  from work:

1. Salery statement (Min 40000/Month)

2. PND91 from previous year  + recipe

3. Tax paied the companied paid of my salery.

4. PND01 Last 3 month
5. Company registration paper
6. Company Shareholders list (Max 6 month old)

I know that the Salery statement has to be signed and stamped from the company
and The PND01 I have to go to the revenue department to get signed copies.

Anybody know if:

1. The PND91 need to be signed by the RD/Tax department ?

2. Who write out and sign the Company registration paper/shareholders list and tax paied by the company?
3. Did I forget anythinge ?



 

Heads up for anyone  using Jomtien

They have a new TM7 form  !  insisted I fill out by hand 2x of theses new forms and attach photos

not one original and I photo copy no no no.  

 

Also as I had gone "home" and got a new passport letting my previous extension expire while at "home"

this  application  now counts as "new"  so no need for photo copies of past extensions stamps

and more importantly no need for a witness..who I had lined up  he had taken time off work etc.

Nothing new. The new form has been out since January of last year.

So after taking a witness to the office and him not being needed

few days later we get a phone call saying immigration wants to interview us at home..ohh and we want to talk to a witness too     I wish they would make their minds up ! 

So many threads  anyway maybe of use to someone  from my notes

2 x copies of

1. TM7 application form  signed  both sides.

2. passport face page
3. visa page
4. previous visa extension page/s
5. TM6
6. Marriage Kor Ror 3  both sides on one page
7. !!! new for 2021  must go to the Amphur office and get updated Kor Ror 2 must do this every year from now on !!!
8. ID Wife ( front back same page)
9. House book ( showing current address)
10.Bank statement confirming 400,000 + in  Thai bank for at least 2 month's (60 days) + a transaction on that day
and if the book isn't updated for a while during the last 3 months and book doesn't show when top up occurred then also need a statement showing the last 3 months
Bank statement must be from that day
11. photos 4 different on 2 A4 pages     you and wife at home, 1 must clearly show you including the home/house/condo number.
( this year did 4 photos on one page no raised eyebrows)
12. Map to house
 
2 sets of everything   sign every page ( blue ink best) except your wife's and witness ID/house book which they must sign    interview at home where a witness is required.
