never heard race tech in Thailand.

But maybe some big bike shops might know the whereabouts?

I am also interested on andreani 20 mm setup for cbr500r but pretty expensive i guess:(

inform us here if you find something.

I don't know LL

all I have ever seen here is Hyper Pro kits which is usually front springs & a back shock.

They call it their street box

I dont need anything drastic just some firmer springs for front.

Back shock is fine for this bike.

I have an email in to Race Tech with the springs I want.

Will see what they quote for shipping & if it can come USPS

which will usually bypass customs charges on smaller packages

rear shock bothers me more on cbr500r, front is planted enough after the k speed fork adjusters.

i am checking the Ohlins rear shock but quiet pricy for 800 USD and i am living in a metro construction area with potholes, metal plates and big gaps between them so i scare i might screw the shock as they are sensitive products designed for good roads not for speed bumps and big potholes.

Maybe check that they have put the correct weight and amount of oil in the forks first..

I recently had my Cbr250 done. New fork seals (old ones blown) and 15wt (may have been 10wt) fork oil.... Wow what a difference.

The standard oil on the Thai 250's is shockingly lightweight (2011 model) .

That is usually a good option if your close on spring rate.

But I know this one is not & have already spaced the springs down a good 2"

It is still too soft so no change in oil weight will make that better.

This is generally known about the small ninja too so most folks just change them out

some add the valve emulators too. But for me the springs will be fine enough.

Ok. I wonder if there are different spring rates between Asia and Europe/USA. Maybe Brian or some one could ask.

Mania the springs will be custom to your weight and riding style. I wouldnt even waste time looking here as you will never get proper info. Race tech is a well known company and competent.

Yes I used their calculation & agree they have been around forever & are well regarded.

Yes springs are not too pricey & make a big difference if needed.

I have bought from them many years maybe decades? ago actually for MX bikes:)

They also sell other things like emulators etc.

Their site is full of interesting reading if you ever want to look.

Also here is a great older article quoted from their book
